Post 16 and GCSE Results 2021
Congratulations to all our students who have received A Level, vocational and GCSE results this week. We are delighted that through a difficult 18 month period, during which young people have been asked to work in a very different way, they have risen to the challenge and achieved tremendous results. Our Year 13s at S6C and Sarum Academy have gained the grades they need for university, apprenticeship and other destinations. Our GCSE students at Wyvern St Edmund’s, The Trafalgar School and Sarum Academy have also been rewarded for their hard work; we have seen a sea of happy smiling faces at our academies on Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
Thank you to our parents for the support they have given their sons and daughters and also to the staff in each of the schools who have worked tirelessly to ensure that students gain the grades they deserve through a robust and fairly moderated process for the awarding of grades.
We wish all our Year 13 leavers the very best as they embark on the next stage of their education and employment journey and similarly wish Year 11s well. We look forward to the return of many of our Year 11s to an MLP sixth form in September. Well done to everyone!
