MLP Education Conference 2023
The MLP Education Conference, recently concluded with an unwavering focus on school leadership. The conference was honoured to host renowned leadership expert, Steve Radcliffe, whose insights left a profound impact on the attendees.
The conference, held on 6th October at Sarum Academy, Salisbury brought together over 500 school leaders, teachers, teaching assistants and support staff from across Salisbury and surrounding areas, aiming to redefine the role of leadership in education. Steve Radcliffe, an internationally recognised leadership coach and author, delivered a keynote address that was both inspirational and transformational.
Steve Radcliffe's presentation revolved around the critical components of effective leadership, highlighting the significance of visionary thinking, true engagement and delivery (Steve’s FED model) as well as underlining the importance of fostering collaborative and inclusive environments. His wealth of experience and pragmatic approach resonated deeply with the conference's diverse audience, motivating them to embrace their roles as educational leaders.
